Drawing on more than 25 years of experience as an organisation development practitioner, senior leader, coach, researcher and facilitator, I work with individuals and groups to deepen awareness, strengthen capability and unlock potential. Coaching
Coaching provides a confidential and thought-provoking space to explore challenges, clarify goals and develop new ways of thinking and acting. Rather than offering solutions, coaching helps you uncover your own insights, build confidence and take purposeful action. I work with leaders, professionals and practitioners who want to enhance their impact, navigate transitions and lead with greater authenticity and effectiveness.
Mentoring
Mentoring draws on experience and expertise to support professional growth and development. Through mentoring, I share practical knowledge, lessons learned and informed perspectives gained from a career spanning organisation development, HR leadership, consultancy and systems change. This is particularly valuable for emerging leaders, aspiring coaches and organisation development practitioners seeking guidance, encouragement and professional direction.
Practice Supervision
Practice supervision offers a reflective space for coaches, consultants, facilitators and organisation development practitioners to explore their work in greater depth. It provides an opportunity to examine client relationships, ethical dilemmas, personal reactions and professional challenges while strengthening practice and maintaining wellbeing. Supervision helps practitioners develop greater awareness, resilience and effectiveness in their work with others.
